I think you should spank your niece as your sister has asked you to do.

A hand spanking should do, but that is just my opinion and others might have differing opinions.

As for if you should spank her panties on that is up to you and your sister.

Have you even asked your sister HOW she wants you to spank your niece, panties on or completely bare like the two of you used to get it?

Thank you so much for your reply here and I had almost given up on receiving a message from anyone here. I am not too sure if you red my message right through. Because my sister had suggested that I do spank my niece like we were spanked growing up and as I said naked. I also mentioned that I would not feel the need to use anything other than my hand. Not boasting or anything here. I said that I work in construction and my hands are fairly big and tough enough to certainly make an impression on her backside. I appreciate your message and particularly your honesty here.

Hi there Dean,

Your situation sounds much like the 16 kids that we have here on a maintenance program which is literally turned their lives around. Many came in acting just like your niece and have done a complete turnaround in their lives. The secret is something called maintenance and it is actually fairly easy to implement, takes very little time and I would suggest that the very little spanking that's involved, it's not a punishment, be done by you since it sounds like your sister isn't capable.

What it results in is very nice bonding within the family. You see many threads here that address maintenance. You can read through any of them and although several have become shall I say off color, that was never the intent of the process. It basically involves picking a day and a time or two days a week and sticking religiously to those times. Your niece goes to her room, undresses completely, folds her clothes neatly on her bed or somewhere, and then waits for you in the living room.

When you two are ready, you shouldn't make her wait more than a few minutes, you have her stand up in front of you and discuss how her behavior has been for the last several days since the last session. This is a time to emphasize the good things that she's done, helping around the house, helping other people, school work as well as the things that need to be worked on and it sounds like there's plenty of those. I just wrote this to a woman who is going to implement it this summer with her four children. You should have it much easier time as you only have one. This describes the entire process, so please let me know if you have any questions.

Your night niece is a perfect age for the program. The majority of kids here are 11 years old, some as young as nine and old as 12. The most important part as you will read is the comforting and cuddling that you do after the spanking which as I indicated should be relatively easy. You will read that several parents have moved it up when they started with just 20 Spanx and maybe a few for misbehavior all the way up to 6 7 and 800 strokes for their kids now. I never recommended this and I think I would start out easy in your niece's case and you and your sister make the decision if you want to go higher.

You'll also see that there is several cases where the comforting has escalated too much higher levels. This is nothing I ever recommended and I would certainly go easy with your niece as you begin the program.

The reason that you didn't get any quick replies to your message is because this is not a chat board.

It is a message board and you can't be sure if anyone is online when you post your message.

In a regular chat forum there is a panel showing who is there presently for immediate chat sessions.

In a message forum, such as this one, you don't know if anyone is here at the same time that you are posting your message.

If your sister had suggested that you do spank your niece like the two of you were spanked growing up, that being naked, then that would seem to me to be the way to go.

I did read your post right through, and got the impression that you weren't quite on board with spanking your niece naked, and I replied that you should do it as your sister was asking you to do so.

Yes, I also read that you worked in construction, and that you have large hands that can cover your niece's entire bottom and with enough force to make an impression on her backside.

I'm sorry if there was any confusion about what I was trying to say to you.
