ich bin nun mittlerweileüber 7ß Jahre alt und kenne das Theme nur zu gut.
Auch wenn hier das Gesetz im Vordergrund steht, möchte ich doch anmerken, dass es per Gesetz auch verboten ist Tötungsdelikte (wie orde, Totschlag u.a.) zu begehen,oder schjwere Straftaten wie Raub u.a.die per Gesetz unter Strafe stehen,da fällt jaein Po voll aber wirklich human aus,auch wenn das per Gesetz verboten ist.
Ich denke mal, dass es ein gewisses Maß an Verantwortung bedarf und man nichtalles über einen Kamm scheren sollte.
Von daher halte ich es persönlich empfelenswert dabei das Fingerspitzengefühlwalten zu lassen.
