Subject: Video Adjusted to the edges okay?

My CC with a P550 board (OS 7.5.5) can display 560x384 @60Hz, with thousands of colors (at least that's what it's telling me). There is still a large black border around the screen. I have used a shaved chopstick (thanks, Chris!) to center it via the adjustment knobs inside the CC.

Questions:

1. if I use the "other" knobs to stretch out the picture to within a quarter inch of the screen edge will I hurt anything?

2. Is it advisable?

3.Can this be done if I choose to further upgrade and go the HighRes or VGA mod later with a Mystic or Takky upgrade?

Thanks as always to this great forum!
Bertie
