Relay setup is not complicated. CC's PSU (on analogue board) already uses relay to switch CC's PSU fully on when startup signal received. What you can do is to buy a bigger relay (with more switches) and use it instead of CC's original one. The free switches then could be used to turn on additional PSUs.

But - if you are using additional Mac PSUs, then it might be easier to just wire ADB startup signals properly (S1-S7 signals on Takky's wiring diagram here http://member.nifty.ne.jp/frogeye/connector.html#Analogwiring).
