They will fit - but:
1) they are underpowered comparing to the LBs with CPU of the same specs
2) they are not extensible in terms of not having PCI cards
3) they are way too expensive for the CC upgrade for the "rest of us"
The biggest cons however is that if you will use PowerBook LB then you will have to craft LCD to LB wiring - and for laptops it's definitely not the easiest part (practically impossible for the inexperienced users).
