If you're talking about the 120Mb disk drives that used to be called the LS120, then there was an IDE version. I don't know if it would work in anything other than a PeeCee, and you'd need a Takky to try it in.

Back when the Pentium (1) was king, Compaq installed these in place of a floppy drive in some of their Deskpro 4000 systems (we have some of these at work, and one has this drive.) Actually, a Deskpro 4000 might be your cheapest way of getting an IDE SuperDisk as old PeeCees sell for approximately nothing and many companies which bought DP4000s are retiring them. The way to check if a DP4000 has a SuperDisk installed is to check the flap covering the floppy drive for a gold triangle logo.

At one point in their life, the LS120/SuperDisk was called the a:Drive. These also came in IDE, though I think they were PeeCee only, going by the name.

Cheers,
Adam.
