Yes, the 190 and 5300-series PowerBooks are essentially the same. The rest of the PowerBooks are quite different, however - the 3400 and 3500 (Kanga/G3) aren't even remotely similar, and the smallest screen available was a 12.1", IIRC, which is gonna be darn hard to fit in an SE case no matter what.
