Yep, that works too. I don't think it's probably the best idea, but if you don't have any other way, removing the mobo, powering on, and replacing the mobo will start it up.

I discovered this by accident when I forgot to turn off the p/s when I removed the mobo of CC#1 after doing some work on it. The CC powered itself on immediately...fortunately, it didn't do anything to the board.
