Created two Mystics this PM
Thanks to all for the help.
My major problem was getting the right start up disks to work.

The Process

1. On a Mac 575 start using "superBooter75" from Gamba http://www.accesscom.com/~gamba/
2. Initialize the HD.
3. Connect a SyQuest EZ135 containing disk images of Sys 7.5.3 from Apple. http://www.info.apple.com/support/oldersoftwarelist.html
4. Restart using Disk Tools 7.6 From Apple.
5. "Easy Install" 7.5.3 from the SyQwest drive onto the HD. Installation successful.
6. Restart from HD.
7. Copy ResEdit to HD.
8. Run ResEdit:
Open | System Folder | System | 1 ...408 | gusd
Edit / Replace 0063 0015 to 0063 000A
Save | Shutdown
9. Insert the 575 HD and MoBo into a Color Classic case.
10. Start the new MYSTIC.

The only unusual item was within "gusd". 0063 0015 was found seven lines above 005C 000A, not directly below it, as described in previous posts here. Perhaps this is specific to Sys 7.5.3.Also, when I saved the ResEdit changes the 575 froze and I had to restart using the BIG Button to check the "gusd" changes.

Sincere thanks to all who responded to my questions.
