As promised, here are the values:

amplifier: TDA7052A, as noted.

CS4: 50V, 1µF electrolytic capacitor

CS2: not sure about value but I've got one marked "1A5" and one marked "AA5" here. I have a literal pile of these that I desoldered from dead IIsi and IIcx boards this evening so if anyone needs one of these, just e-mail me.

CS6: 1N3 and AN3 markings. Checking on these as far as what they mean. Couldn't find any Mac boards that used these, so sourcing them is still up in the air.

RS4: 5100 Ohms (marked "512," which means 51 * 10^2). Can't find any Mac boards that have these but I've got plenty of 4700 ohm resistors that are the same size, so I'm going to try this out once I can track down the remainder of the parts I need.

More when I get time to investigate...
