It still would be nice to figure out the values for CS2 and CS6 - if someone got a proper capacitance-meter (or whatever it could be called).

And as for resistors - I would try another values with great care - as you may damage the amplifier chip or in worst case the board. In any case - using different components will result in a circuitry for amplifier for right channel different from existing one (for left channel). Which may result in uneven sound level on left and right speakers.
