I checked the yahoo search of the RAM chip and got 4 results. One of
them mentioned 5V tolerant EDO. One of the article mentioned 3.3V
regulated.

I found from the memoryx.com is selling two types of 128MB 72-pin RAM:

128MB Trinity 72-pin 5.0v tolerant EDO Memory
128MB Trinity 72-pin True 5.0v EDO Simm

I think MISUTHiKU is using 2 pcs of 64MB. And I would like to ask
MISUTHiKU, can you please look at your RAM pcs to see what RAM chips
are using in your 64MB modules ? And is there any regulator soldered
on the small PCB ? I found there are pads for 8 pin IC but nothing
is soldered and also pads labeled + sign.

Further, I found my post doesn't show up at the main page, is it
overflow ? Or I did something wrong ?

Thanks

SK
