It would make more sense for the one getting off on the spankings to be posting here, not the reluctant father who must spank only for his daughter's benefit. The thing is, it's not easy to write about a kink and not reveal the pleasures involved. Bare hand on a young bare bottom is a definite pleasure for spankos, as illustrated here by "Dad".
