It sounds like your teacher just wanted your sitter to confirm her own opinion of your front tools. And she did.
I'd think you'd be more upset that your teacher insisted on you getting a spanking right away. That was professionally very reasonable, so that she could see the type and effectiveness of your discipline. But I think she also said it because she had become aroused talking and thinking about your balls and penis, and your use of them. Which is fine, it's part of the job. Spanking boys is hard important work, but it's definitely not drudgery either.
