If yu are the same age then you and he must be twins.

I realize that you are young, and not too familiar with boys, but you have to know that boys can't make their erections go down by thought or willpower.

If you stare at his penis, and pay too much attention to it like watching it for 5 minutes, then there is no possibility for his erections to go down.

If you ignore it then it will go down all by its own in time.

You can't make his stiffy go down by using the cane on him.
