I'm sure that you aren't alone in that, as there are many varied turn-ons, if that is what the cage is primarily used to do.

But I can't relate to that at all.

If a boy wants to 'get off' he could hardly do so with a cage on his penis.
It seems to me that the cage would defeat any attempt to 'get off'.
