Damn!
That had to be quite an experience. The closest things I can say that came close to that was have a Boy's PE Teacher who used to give paddlings in the locker room. He would make you take off your shorts and paddle you wearing a supporter. Effectively you got paddled bare bottom. He usually gave three to five hard licks. Fortunately I was lucky to never get paddled by him. He always had on tight shorts and the bulge in front seemed to get larger whenever he administered a paddling. Of course, I have to admit, the bulge in my shorts got larger while I watched him paddle my classmate's bare butts. I noticed, I wasn't the only boy who reacted that way. My sister told me that the Girl's Coach would also paddle girls in the locker room. They would have to take off their one piece uniform and would get paddled on their panties.
