Years ago our family was looking for a new home as my husband's job relocated. I had my then 9 year old son Tim with me as we toured one home and the realtor mentioned a room that would be ideal for him. And it was nice for a boy with sports oriented wallpaper and a bunkbed along with a regular bed.

Then turning toward the attached Jack n Jill bathroom, a strap hung on a peg, no question about its use. I jokingly asked the realtor if the strap could be negotiated in the price and Tim turned beet red with embarrassment. However, we ended up purchasing another home.
