Subject: Great question! School arranges the shows, kids take the day off school, parents take time off work & drive, collect the payments and hand it over to the tc. Parents and dancers get nothing, not even a thank you. kids and patrons enjoy it

schools use this as a day of advertising their schools and pocketing the money, there's no way it ever goes toward any costs helping the dancers in any way. Highly doubt it's reported income for ANY school.
