Subject: As others have said, 3 overall wins, no time frame. Dancers are supposed to follow their region’s rules

For example, if a WUSR dancer with two firsts from more than a year ago went to Mid America and won first day at a two day feis, they’d need to move to open for the next day. However, (I may have rules wrong, but just assuming these are correct), a dancer from Mid America winning a third first but spaced that far apart at a two day feis in Western region would not need to move to open for the next day since their region’s rules allow for a wait.
