This is all ridiculous and unnecessary. They have had it at this venue many times now. Every year it is a problem. This is just bad business. And the western region board should be held accountable. Nothing seems to change. They are incompetent. They can blame the hotel but they know after a couple of years of this that the hotel can not handle this volume. Other large conferences do not have these same issues.
