Not a newbie - an Open Mom too- and still don’t have a room for the night before my dancer dances. They did not have enough rooms to accommodate in the original block or the overflow hotel so share the long winded post. It is not hard to get a count of the number of dancers and the nights needed before the room block opens to be sure the correct number of rooms is obtained.

Still waiting to hear what the solution is for those still needing a room - it’s been crickets - not even reaching out to determine how many rooms and what nights are needed. It is not fair to the dancers who still have no place to stay and the parents who spent two of their mornings stressing and missing work to try to get a room in the block. It was never a problem before the wrist band requirement was added.
