Subject: How much money did this cost?

I spent several hours between trying to book a room both days plus calling the Grand repeatedly to finally get on the waitlist. Multiply that by how many parents times our combined salary for that time? Not to mention the emotional stress? There has to be a better way. And maybe the venue suits, but I have rarely dealt with a pleasant staff member. I get that lots of stressed parents take it out on the staff, but I worked in hotel management for years. There is no excuse for the way we get treated often.
