Subject: There is an easy solution, seeing that the block sells out in 5 seconds every year: full cost nonrefundable at the point of reservation. The hotel gets theirs, and the contract is satisffied. There will always be a supply and demand of people to transfer rooms after the initial release.

my dancer injured themselves before a major a few years ago, and I had 10 people texting me wanting our room while we were still at the ER.
