For the vast majority of our kids, this is just a fun activity outside of school, they've got friends from other schools who they see at feises and are excited to play with. They don't care who their friends' teachers are. But acting like this is all old news and that it doesn't matter that several big western US teachers and judges have been caught cheating is ridiculous. What message are you sending to your kids that it's ok to lie, cheat and knowingly ensure other children do not get the result they deserve on the day because it doesn't affect your kid at a local feis?

Personally very tired of seeing certain large schools act sanctimonious on social media and at a feis when this is what they get up to behind the scenes. Unprofessional, immoral and disqualifying behavior. Why can we not treat this lovely cultural activity with the respect it deserves? Why must entitled, egomaniacal people ruin if for others?
