Subject: But at Oireachtas they wouldn’t? I feel bad for the dancers being called cheaters if they thought they were following the rules

I think a lot of the adults returning to dance after a decade (or maybe more) away from competing have no idea what the rules are for these competitions… I’m sure they’ll read up after all these posts. If giving them the benefit of the doubt and they really didn’t know, what an awful way to find out you made a mistake - a bunch of strangers online calling them cheaters. I agree with the person who said to contact the Western Region instead of posting here. Sounds like the original poster has a personal vendetta against this school or one of their dancers.
