if you ask me, if she doesn't mind and if it isn't stopping her from having an otherwise normal life there is nothing wrong with changing her at any age. like if she wouldn't hang out with her friends or go on sleep overs because she needs you to change her, that might be a problem. but other then that i don't see the issue.
