Hi Brad.

Good question. Generally speaking a wet diaper or pull-up is always preferable to a wet bed. Less cleanup in the morning and better, healthier sleep. But one or two accidents a month is not a lot, so those are not a big concern as long as you have something to protect you mattress. I would still go for the diapers in your place, mostly because I really hate waking up in a wet bed. You should start with pull-ups, those are easier to re-use for a second or even third night, if they stay dry, which could save you some money. You can always upgrade to proper diapers, if pull-ups aren’t absorbent enough for your needs.
