i think you should just tell her. if she really loves you, she will not have a problem. when i told my first girlfriend it helped me a lot. i agonized for weeks about how to bring it up, and ultimately decided is to not make a big deal out of it and tell the simple truth. she didn't mind at all and was very supportive. i even think her support and understanding helped me overcome the bed-wetting.
