That sounds very consistent. If the girl was kept open with grommets for a while, surely she is now dependent on diapers? That solves a lot of problems, especially at that age.
Our girls are now also droplet incontinent, so diapers are a given.
You say your daughter is "fully babied" - how is that compatible with school?
How do you diaper her - disposable or cloth?
