The catheter really helps witz acceptance!
He doesn’t have to think about going, it just happens and he has no control over it.
We’re still debating long term plans, personally I see no benefit to him being incontinent as an adult. But it’s still a long time until then.

He is actually dry. We found that he has problems relaxing his bladder sphincter after he was catheterized for a longer period, so incontinence is not a problem right now.

He is plugged on weekends. We’re thinking about a cage since he has begun masturbating without permission sometimes. But right now he doesn’t have one.

He thankfully doesn’t have much yet, we use a hair removal cream which works very well.
