I have seen and heard of a few different things being used to assure urine incontinence . From fixing the bladder sphincter to permanently open by the use of implants and chemicals that paralyze the sphincter to stay open or to stretch it to the point of being unable to hold back any flow of urine . Also different forms of urethral vibrating probes that can be used to ensure forced orgasms . The small hollow micro bullets being inserted into the female urethra so that the vibrating bullet is lodged behind the nerve cluster that leads from the clitoris and can be far more intense that normal clitoral stimulation . The same being for males . Even ones with no penis or testicles who still have an intact prostate . Forced orgasms may still be possible if not preferred .
