Subject: Best disposable diapers for teens

What brands of adult disposable diapers you all can suggest.
Our girls are 12 and 14 and we don’t want to change them more often then once in the morning and once at bedtime.
We are looking for thick diapers and we use plastic pants and locking bodysuits.
I read a lot about holed plugs we would like to use them as well .
Has anyone some good links were we can buy those ?
When you recommend diapers please post a link as well
