Firstly i would ask why diaper discipline ? How far do you intend to take it ? Will it be full regression and babying as a lifestyle for you both ? Or will it be an on and off form of punishment and what do you as a parent want out of it ? When you have those things decided ,then the rest of your problems can be addressed .
