We have changed almost nothing to the possibilities of the chair.
The legs can be both immobilized on the leg shells (Stirrups). The wrists are fixed on both sides next to the head. For this we have attached an additional fastening queue on each side, since the chair had only provided the arm fixation next to the body.
However, we think that it is more appropriate for diaper children to have their hands next to their head.
For somewhat restless or even unruly "patient", a belly belt is also intended on the chair - it often collides with the diaper because we usually diaper so high that the belly is also covered. Therefore, the belt is hardly used - at least when changing regular diaper.
In principle, fastening points for chest harness would also be available. So far, however, we have only used this with our two 11 year old nephews.
The two are always in the harness outside of the house and they also reluctantly go to the chair when changing diapers when they are with us. Somehow she has the opinion that would only be something for girls - what a mistake!
If you want, you could upgrade the chair so that immobilization of the entire body is possible. However, this is simply not necessary for us for the diaper change and the associated treatments.
