Years ago they made excellent changing tables. I don't have a way to attach a picture. The table had a cross bar attached to two arms. the legs were spread because of the width of the cross bar. Ankles strapped to the arms and the arms swung up to a number of positions. Even a bit past 90 degrees. The table had a bottom cut away to make changing (or what ever) simple. also other restraints for chest and wrists. a spreader bar on a pulley would work but you need an anchor in the ceiling.
