our oldest is 14, he gets the full deal every friday for maintenance, and during the week every time we feel he needs an attitude adjustment.
the middle one is 9, he is diapered and catheterized during the night for his hormone treatments (they're applied to his genitals and he isn't allowed to touch them during that time). but we think we'll start him on a weekly maintenance schedule as well.
our youngest is 6, she is in diapers full time, though she is allowed to use the bathroom as a reward for good behavior when she's acting like a big responsible girl.
