So my kids are 3 and 8, I use DD on my 8yrld son.
Over the holidays this year, I tried something different and made my son wear Huggies training pants 4-5T 24/7 over the holidays.
It wasn’t like he hadn’t used to them before because he wets the bed currently and we use them during the night.
We check randomly throughout the day and change him when he’s had an accident in them. He has to ask to go to the bathroom if he wants to poop or pee.

We also DD over the weekends sometimes which means:
1. He uses the pull-up full time, bathroom is off limits.
2. If he has an accident and doesn’t tell us he gets a bare bottom spanking and anytime we have to change him through that day he gets a few warmup spanks.
