Lee, your son sounds a lot like mine. Mine is only 8 though. Potty humor is what he finds hilarious. He isn’t phased by dirty underwear or wetting his bed. Which is why we use diapers and he’s not too phased by them either unless someone we know sees him in his diapers. Being 8 he is obviously no where near puberty but that doesn’t stop him from getting hard and he thinks that’s funny too.

I would treat your son the same as I’m treating mine, put him back in diapers. He doesn’t wear them to school, but as soon as we get home he is stripped naked, cleaned with baby wipes, baby oil applied, and diapered.
