IF THERE WAS A BEATING THERE WOULD BE MARKS ESPECIALLY ON SUCH A FAIR SKINNED CHILD. THE POLICE WOULD HAVE ARRESTED IF THERE WERE ANY SIGNS OF A BEATING BUT THERE WEREN'T ANY SO THEY LEFT. SO WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MARKS???? I have seen it happen before. Also by saying there were no "fresh marks" does that mean there was some sort of bruising but it was old bruises on this child. I just think it is a sick and sad world when a child can't even depend on the police and CPS to protect them from abusive parents anymore even though that is what these agencies are supposed to be for, to PROTECT and to serve. No wonder so many children are dying at the parent's hands these days. To hell with trying to keep the family bond, if a child is being abused take that child from that abusive person and put them somewhere where they can be loved and protected from the bastards and let the sorry ass abuser go to jail where they need to be. We must protect our children people because we are all they have. But the KEY thing is, There were Bruises, Just NO Fresh one so our great system was not allowed to do anything. What is it going to take the child to get beaten to death for us to wake up and Do something about child Abuse. I know I personally am going to take my Video Camera everywhere I go now si that if I happen to bump in to this Witch of a Mother, I can video and have Proof.
