Will we ever be satisfied? judging from some of the posts below , apparently not. It is undeniable, however, that our complaints along with the team are showing progress. Last year at this time if we had been 6-4 we would have been ecstatic. This year we're complaining about only beating Yale by 2!!! Now that's solid improvement!!

As for TOT some are still calling for his head. At this point how could you fire him, he has a winning record & the team is showing steady improvement. Think back to Harvard, we play them today we probably win by 5. Any coach is going to make decisions during the course of a game that may be downright stupid (consider Marty Morningweig electing to kickoff to the Bears in OT, now thats stupid), but a coach can only be judged by the bottom line, wins & improvement from year to year.

On both those scores TOT gets at least a passing grade. If he were going to fired it should have been last year when the team was losing & more importantly not showing signs of progress. This year we have some quality wins i.e. UNC-Wilmington, Iona, Yale & even Fordham (as bad as they are they're still an A-10 team). The win over Yale is significant. First its a game we would have lost last year. Second it was over a team that 2 wks ago was ranked 6th among mid-majors & who even last week was getting votes for the top ten.

The bottom line is that Doris sees progress which means TOT is in line for a renewal. Frankly as long as the team progresses its the only decision that can be reached.

TOT has shown progress and unless the team totally falls apart, then TOT should get a new contract. I think this team is dark horse in the MAAC race. If AD actually recovers and contributes this team could really jell.

That's a big "if". I hope not but I think we've seen Ajou's best days.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves here. A long way to go before this season can be evaluated. It's obvious the talent is in place. IMO, the bar must be raised and this team must achieve. Anything short of 17-18 wins would be a disappointment. If we go 15-14 and get to the MAAC semis TOT should be let go. At this point he controls his own destiny. I would like to seem him succeed. But, I would also hope he is held responsible if he doesn't get the job done.
