We've been to something like 7 post season appearances in our history, and the only victory was in our first try against Marshall's Thundering Herd exactly 30 years ago in the 1973 NIT. After being down by 17, 29-12, we chipped away at their lead and won by around 7. Some 5K fans paraded from Grand Central to MSG on a Sunday morning. We ended up losing to the eventual champ, Virginia Tech, by a point in a nailbiter. We haven't won a postseason game since!

It's time to change that, and with Gai in the center and a great effort from the team as a whole (like against Siena), we can make it happen. If we get a home game, hopefully we can get a boisterous and vocal crowd of at least 6K, and possibly even 7K, if we get a good student turnout. Who knows, we may even get to host a later round game should we make it that far. One can dream....
