Subject: 97 Stags mentioned on Sportscenter

In the backhanded compliment category--Sportscenter doing a bit on all the pathetic teams that somehow qualify for the Dance, in their words for the "right to be a 16 seed and get slaughtered by Kentucky". They made the point that only 3 teams who have made the tourney with a sub 500 record (that means losing more than you win, Ruth) have even come within 10 of their first round opponent.

The best result ever? 97 Stags within 8 of UNC--with ESPN showing Dean Smith and giving the Stags the shoutout.

So we got that going for us.
