Re: that was Heshimu Evans.......and correct, he DID NOT make the NBA -- Running Man, 18:26:51 03/12/03 Wed
Also Lionel Simmons, Randy Woods and Tim Legler, all of Lasalle, played in the NBA.

Along with Doug Overton -- JoeStag, 18:34:57 03/12/03 Wed
Overton might have spent the most years in the NBA player of any Lasalle player.

From the America East -- lsbal, 20:24:31 03/12/03 Wed
In the last 7 years:
Vin Baker
Malik Rose
Speedy Claxton
Norman Richardson
By the way Hartford had a guy named Lamont Middleton who was a stud his freshman and soph years(much better than Vin Baker his 1st 2 years). He left Hartford to go to St Johns as he thought it would better prepare him for the NBA.He started on St Johns but was just a piece of the puzzle rather than a 25 pt,12 rbd guy he was at Hartford and he never made it to the NBA. It must have burned him that 3 years later Vin Baker finished out his whole career at Hartford and was a lottery pick.
Deng Gai will get plenty of exposure at Fairfield. He is the type of guy that could get lost in the shuffle at a place like Michigan.
