I'm the poster stating we could have had it both ways - and we could have. That's what makes it so ironic, if we played at all cylinders, we may have been a 20 win team (fundamentally better, 3 point shooting, etc). At the same time, if you look at wins like Yale, Canisius, and many road wins, it could have been much worse. Joe, it is hypothetical. I understand we are where we are - that should be pretty obvious. A 500 record against the top four teams in the MAAC, considering how we are playing lately, doesn't make us very dangerous at this point. We are a strange team, we could go out the first day we play or, if we get on a streak, could win it all. Not many teams can say that, in our league.

I really do think the top 5 MAAC Schools have had remarkable similar seasons. All have had losses against easy opponents and have had their ups and downs. Manhattan has been the most consistent, while Siena has been the most inconsistent but done well against the top 5. Here are the records of the Top 5 against the Top 5:

Manhattan 4-2
Siena 4-3
Fairfield 4-4
Iona 3-4
Niagara 3-5

Manhattan still has to play Siena and Iona. The closeness of the records of the top 5 will make for a great Tournament.
