Subject: ComputerRPI - Stags at 93

Stags RPI is now at 93, and will probably go higher, even if we beat St Peters and Loyola. Manhattan creamed Loyola and their RPI rose. I would us to end the regular season around 100, and then we would need a win against a good team in the MAAC Tourney to get below 100 again.

65 terams make the NCAA, and I think 40 make the NIT..... thats 105 teams.

Don't forget to take out the teams that are sub-500 in the top-105 or so - it brings teams like Fairfield a little closer.

Having the arena might help - the draw of a fairfield-yale game might be helpful also.

Beware though if WAgner doesn't win the NEC Tournament, Marist and Wagner had the same records and both lost a quarterfinal tournament game last year - MArist @ Siena and Wagner @ Home, as the two seeds in their tournies and Wagner got in over Marist.
