Subject: Mcquaid wins in Primetime Shootout

Mcquaid won by about 10 over Harrisburg. Marty O'Sullivan had about 17 points, 8 rebs, and 4 blocks. I was at the game and here is some info on him:

- He reminds be of Jim Cantamesa os Siena. He is about 6-7, and has a nice stroke.

- On the offensive end, MOS played mostly on the outside facing the basket. He has a nice catch and shoot jumper, and does not hesitate when open. He drilled a three-pointer to open the game, and also hit some nice 17 foooters. He had a nice tip on the offensive glass. He also stole the ball in midcourt and drove all the way and did a reverse slam. He also led a fastbreak, ending it with a perfect alley-oop pass for a Pentinella slam.

- On defense, he had at least 4 blocks on the two 6-6 forwards form Harrisburg. He goes to the defensive boards hard..... much more than the O-boards. He has good hands, and brings the rebound down strong. Seems to have a nose for the ball, and has good instincts where it will bounce off the rim. Good position defender as he drew a few ofeensive fouls.

- Right now I would say he is tweener forward. On defense he can be the PF, as I don't think he is quick enough to cover the SF. And on offense, he's best at playing facing the basket.... just like Ajou. He is quicker than Garcia and Ajou, but not as quick as Maxwell or Delfico.

- He can handle and pass well. He was almost like a point forward..... thats when Tyler Relph was giving up the rock. He can take a defender off the dribble.... makes quick decisions going to the hoop, no hesitation..... And can hit the jumper. Can be a Nick Eppihimer type of player.

- Good build, not thin as his picture might indicate, but still has a HS body. Wide shoulders with long arms. I think he could end up as big as Oscar Garcia.

- Set a lot of offensive picks and then rolled to open spot for a pull-up jumper.

- I project him to be PF/SF combo. I think he might be a perfect complement to Maxwell..... as MOS plays on the outside at the 3 on offense and inside on defense at the 4, while Maxwell plays inside on offense, and defends the 3 on defense.

- MOS is a skilled player and does a lot of things well. I worry a little about his quickness as a SF, so as he gets bigger and stronger, he could be a shooting PF.
