Re: Van Schaick and Bell -- The Naut, 09:00:29 01/29/03 Wed
I also think Van Schaick has only been playing about half the minutes because most games have been blowouts. I'll take 30 ppg for 20 minutes of time.

mvs is considered the top defensive player in the capitol district area.
in aau last summer he held the minor kid from houston to 10 points.
in one of the next games mike scored 66.
i have seen him play about 20 times.
if he was getting minutes he could average 40 a game.
the only knock on mike is that he is skinny.

Re: plenty next year! -- FFUni, 09:31:36 01/29/03 Wed
The way I see it is for averaging 34 points a game...getting about 25 minutes in a game because of a blowout isn't half bad. Plus van schaick is BORED with the competition in the foothills or so it seems and as he gets to fairfield the competition will only make him better. But who knows then...maybe he just may get bored there too after a while.
