Agree that the official you cited is one of the best. But his DC to Bridgeport trip for MAAC game one day after a major Big East game is illustrative of the grinding schedule some of these men have. And it's everyday and sometimes less than 24 hours between gigs. Many NBA players in superb condition don't function well in that scenario.
