Let’s face it. Most of the posters on this board hated and still hate Casey. What was his sin? He followed the Saint Joe. How dare he! Of course, Joe left for more fertile grounds ( money) and took quite a few players with him, leaving bare cupboards for Casey. You all know you never accepted or even tried to give Casey a chance. Now I questioned some of his game decisions, but he brought in some pretty fine talent. I enjoyed watching Prochet, Scott, Dukes, Robb, Hammond, etc. Unfortunately, the wins didn’t add up like we wanted, but Casey is a decent man. Yeah, he’s owed an apology by a lot of you. But you won’t be able to see it. Watch Caine’s Mutiny.

Joe was pushed out at NU, not "leaving for more money". He read the room, took a good opportunity and several of his players left as well.
Look at Casey's record at NU. Abominable. Historically awful. So, apologies? I think not. He deserves every bit of criticism he got.
Now, JAM? He took a program that had nothing going for it for over 20 years and took it to the NCAA's twice.
While most of us were enjoying the unprecedented success, there were 4-5 idiots constantly bemoaning why we couldn't be better. So, as "a board" goes, yeah, that was preposterous that supposed NU fans couldn't enjoy the ride.
Casey never accomplished anything at NU so how could the posters here do anything but be honest about the incompetence.
Makes no sense to even compare the two. I doubt Casey will win at Fairfield either. He took over this team. Let's see if he can maintain it.

You see, you missed the point. I didn’t compare Joe with Casey, I merely said that you never accepted Casey because he wasn’t Joe. Your post proved my point.

Reading comprehension problem?
My post outlined that one coach led the team to unparalleled success and was maligned by some posters. The other led the team to the exact opposite and was maligned, and deservedly so.
You should reap what you sow.
